Talopaketin toimitus kolmena kuvana
Kiiruna Talojen talopaketti toimitetaan tontille yhden työpäivän aikana.
Toimituspäivänä työmaalla häärii nosturikuski, kaksi tai kolme Kiiruna Talojen asentajaa sekä moduuleita kuljettaneet rekkakuskit.
Tontin laidalle kertyy yleensä päivän mittaan utelias naapureiden joukko seuraamaan hämmästyttävän nopeaa ja tarkasti vaiheistettua talopaketin toimitusta.

Se, joka on ollut seuraamassa Kiiruna Talon pystytystä, tietää, että näky on vaikuttava. Aamulla tontilla on vain perustukset ja vesikatto. Alkuillasta talon tulevat asukkaat pääsevät jo tutustumaan uuteen kotiinsa ja suunnittelemaan, mitä keittiössä neljän viikon kuluttua kokataan.
Kiiruna Talojen talopaketti toimitetaan tontille moduuleina. Talo koostuu yleensä kahdesta tai kolmesta moduulista, jotka asennetaan kivijalan päälle. Moduulit on rakennettu Tornion tehtaalla valmiiksi sisustustöitä myöten.
Moduulit, jotka siis muodostavat talon lattian, seinät ja sisäkaton, ovat huolellisesti säältä suojassa koko rakennusprosessin ajan. Moduulien kuljetussuojat poistetaan vasta juuri ennen niiden nostoa kivijalan päälle.
Turvalliset rakenneratkaisut eivät yksinään riitä – tarvitaan talopaketin hallittu toimitus ja huolellinen viimeistely. Tarkasti vaiheistettu prosessi mahdollistaa rakentamisen korkean ja tasaisen laadun.
Kiiruna Talo luovutetaan asiakkaalle täysin muuttovalmiina viimeistään neljän viikon kuluttua toimituspäivästä. Kokonaisuudessaan hankeaika Kiiruna Talojen talopaketille on 5-7 kuukautta. Se tarkoittaa, että omakotitalosta haaveileva pääsee muuttamaan uuteen kotiinsa noin puolen vuoden kuluttua kauppojen kirjoittamisesta.
Miten näin nopea aikataulu on mahdollinen? Vastaus on jo useaan kertaan mainittu tarkasti vaiheistettu rakennusprojekti ja tehdasvalmistus. Talo valmistuu yhtäaikaisesti sekä tehtaalla että työmaalla. Vesikaton rakennus ja perustusten valu hoidetaan työmaalla sillä aikaa, kun moduuleita rakennetaan Tornion tehtaalla.
Talopaketin nopea toimitus on asiakkaalle monessa suhteessa mielekäs vaihtoehto. Rakennusaikainen vuokralla-asuminen jää lyhyeksi, kun taloon pääsee muuttamaan järkevällä aikataululla. Huolellisesti suunniteltu konseptimme minimoi rakennusaikaiset piilokustannukset ja mahdollistaa sovituissa aikatauluissa pysymisen.
